No Emergency Services:

MedicalRX does not provide emergency medical services. Call 911 in case of an emergency.

User Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information during intake
• Use prescriptions as directed
• Respect doctor–patient communication boundaries

Payment & Subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed via Stripe
• Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
• No refunds for consultations already delivered

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for outcomes due to inaccurate self-reporting, non-compliance, or misuse of services.

Intellectual Property:

All website content and branding are the property of MedicalRX and may not be reused without permission.
